"username unkown"

Hi there, I am trying to share a project with a colleague and i continue to get the error message “username unknown.”

I can see that the username is correct and that all is accurate and again and again the same.

Can anyone help? Thanks.

Can you check if the user you want to share is in the same server as your project?
