Users Unabale to access the form for data entry

Users Unabale to access the form I created after setting privacy to "require authentication to see the forms and submit data’ even after granting them permission (see attached error).
What could be the problem?

@paul_maleya, this seems to be an issue for a self-hosted server. Maybe you will need to contact your server administrator. He/she should be able to troubleshoot.
