Using geoshape in KoBoToolbox

Bon courage

This example only uses geopoints, but it may also be helpful for you

No, read well, it uses and shares a XLS (https://opendatakit-a3b1.kxcdn.com/uploads/default/original/2X/c/c86665c58117377f28f8e8dfcb24149f6b4ca30e.xls) with a formula to convert the downloaded data to a format with each vertex of your polygons in its line. I did it this way. My issue is the same: making geoshapes -areas- and export them to a GIS.

Ok, reading the comments of this post, I see that " These new functions were introduced in ODK Collect v1.19 ". You might try.

" If you are desperate, you should be able to run latest version of ODK Collect against KoboToolbox. If you hop onto the KoboToolbox Forum you can probably find instructions; eg https://community.kobotoolbox.org/t/help-how-to-link-kobo-server-to-odk-collect-on-android-tablet/2483 "
