Hi,
We are hoping to use some existing csv exports from another platform to pre-populate data in Kobo.
We have followed the instructions here and (http://support.kobotoolbox.org/en/articles/978826-pull-data-functionality-in-kobotoolbox) also on xlsform (http://xlsform.org/en/#pre-loading-csv-data), but are still not seeing any results pulled into the kobocollect app on our devices.
Please see example xls format we are trying to use.
Anyone can help at all with this?

Could you change your question type to text or integer from calculate as is the case above. This would definitely solve the issue of visibility for the pull data.

You have not changed your pull data questions to be either text or numeric as you needed to. Could you amend it and see if the behaviour persists

Would you mind having a look at an example of the pulldata function from a post discussed earlier. It has a simple example where you could workaround to know how it works:
