I tried this way (and previously), but that doesn’t seem to work either. The structure you wrote here: (http://support.kobotoolbox.org/en/articles/978826-pull-data-functionality-in-kobotoolbox) seems to conflict with what they write on xlsform: (http://xlsform.org/en/#pre-loading-csv-data).
