Validation of a text answer with a list of existing values

Hi.

I ran into a question. We want to run a validation of users with kobo survey. For this, people will enter their id in the form, and I want to verify if the id they enter equals to a value that I already have in pre-existing list. So if the person enters the id that matches with the one I have, this person can proceed. Is there a way to do that?
