Values from Kobo sever is not downloaded rather states null

We have a survey that completed 33 entries, and in between, we made some changes to the surveys while the data was collected.

However, when downloading the data, even though there is data for all the variables, in the downloaded Excel, it only shows as null.

We need an urgent fix to this issue.

Hello Hakan, it didn’t solve the issue and I have ticked and not sure all the entries are been exported out.
