Hello dear community,
The downloaded excel has the wrong values in some questions. The same goes for the automatic report. It appears that this issue concerns questions with multiple answers. For some reason, the downloaded xls shows different choices than the ones made by the respondents. More particularly, the same question option is arbitrarily attributed to every responder.
-I have revised the form during the research process.
I have tried changing the Table display options to the XML values in the Data > Table tab, with no solution.
-I post here 2 screenshots, one with the original responses as they appear in the online form, compared to the ones appearing in the excel. As it is in greek, I clarify that the example in circle here refers to the respondentsā gender. ĪĪĪĪ”ĪĪ£= male, ĪĪĪĪ= other
Is anyone aware of this glitch and possible fixes? Are there any settings that I should pay attention to when I download the dataset so that I avoid this issue?
Thank you in advance
Hi Thereā¦
Can you scroll down to the bottom of the spreadsheet? It looks like the data might be showing from earliest to latest vs. latest to earliest? Looking at the start/end date columns, I donāt think youāre comparing the same lines of data in the two imagesā¦
Can you let us know if you go to date 2024-07-24 in the Excel sheet if you get the correct data showing?
Hi! Thank you for your message.
You are correct but in this example it does not make any difference because all the respondents were men and responded as such.
Hi, can you share a screenshot from the XLSForm showing the āchoicesā tab, and the male, female, other options, with the list_name, name, and label showing? Iām just wondering if thereās a duplicate name value which could explain why female is showing rather than male?
