This response type only works when using Enketo , utilizing the Grid-theme layout .

@pbn_data_97, as advised by @hakan_cetinkaya, matrix questions can only be viewed when you have a big screen for your device. If your device screen is small, you could use the matrix question to some extent by rotating your device to landscape view.
