Description
If you open a submission in View modal mode from the table view and then click on the “View” button there, the system blocks with an error.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open table view
- Select any single submission
- Open with View Modal (Eye Icon)
- Click on View Button in the next window
Error message will pop up
Expected behavior
The view button should probably not be offered there (or be deactivated).

KoboToolbox current version (20221125).
Simple Form to reproduce the issue: upload, deploy, create and submit a case, go to table view etc.

You can open the submission in edit mode from the view window without problem.
After the error: You can close the error pop-up and the related browser tab. You are back on the view modal window. If you close this now, you are back on the table view. But now you cannot edit the case. You will get an additional error (even if you do a quick refresh before)

If you wait a moment and retry, the edit will work.
