We are trying to access the forms to remove the video content that is causing error 413 (preventing forms from being submitted), so that we can submit the forms.
Still no resolution to this - the forms are still sitting in Send Finalized Form on KoboCollect, with seemingly no way to access the forms to remove the videos that are stopping them from sending. @Kal_Lam, are you able to advise? Many thanks - Gemma
