We are experiencing this issue. We can see all the “sent form” in the kobo app but when we search for those data, we can’t find them in the humanitarianresponse.info server. Although the sent data are visible in the map (We are using GPS data and all the data we sent from that particular location are the ones that are not synced yet). This only happened in a specific phone though. Data sent from other phones sync immediately after being sent to the server and are visible when searched. We would be very grateful for your help.
Welcome to the community, @phatts_de_oro! Maybe you will need to check the server configuration of your Collect Android App. It could be cases where the data is being submitted to somewhere else (maybe to someone else’s KoboToobox account).
