Please kindly see this photo. We have a data send submission error in kobo collect App. Why don’t see data at the edit save form in kobo collect? So, we have lost data. Please kindly help find out about this error.
@zinnweaung, could you check the server settings of your app to see if the setting has been configured correctly?
Yes, Correct, We are a total of 10 sent. But successfully received 3 data. 7 remaining data are lost.
@zinnweaung, could you also share a screenshot of the server settings with the community? That should also be helpful for the community to troubleshoot your issue.
