Web based form loading error

On the 6th day of ongoing data collection, this morning the error message came up. I decided to load the form on ODK Collect. The same form can be loaded and filled as expected.

What condition makes this problem occur?

When did you start collecting your data with Enketo? Was it from day 1 or was it only from day 6? If it was from day 1 did you not face any issue previously?

the enumerator has started collecting data with Enketo since the first day of data collection, there was no issue at all. Just got the error message at 1pm (GMT +7)

OK, would you mind validating your xlsform through this online validator to see if there are any syntax issues causing the issue?

@Kal_Lam We are talking the same xlsform that came with an error via ODK. Hopefully it runs well now. I will give you an update later

When looking at your xlsform i could see some missing labels, could you fix them up: Missing labels in the survey tab: [Image 1] Missing hints in the survey tab: [Image 2] Missing labels in the choices tab: [Image 3] Once you fix them up, could you try to see if this solves the issue? If not please feel free to share the updated xlsform again. We could then go through the next round of investigation.
