Our respondents are having issues opening the web links to complete a survey. This may be due to their IT systems blocking the links as malware or spam. Is there any way to ensure web links are not blocked by IT systems?
@jefrey_shumba, we would recommend using modern (and updated to its latest version) browsers like Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc. Would you mind trying the same to see if that should solve your issue?
Thanks if I open the web links on my remote desktop they work fine. However, for some participants who seem to have advanced remote desktops (due to cyber-attacks), the survey links won’t open for them.
@jefrey_shumba, if this is the case, maybe you will have to request your IT team to allow Enketo/KoBoToolbox on their network as expected.
