Hello we are doing an assessment and wants to use more tablets and phones to collect data, but i keep having a major issues loading the webforms on several devices (all android based). Even when i open my Kobo account on the tablets and phones, that works but when i then want to open the form online i continues loading without actually opening the form. Very frustrating.
Any help would be highly appreciated

Hi @zoa_harm,
Seems like your mobile’s browsers are not updated. Try updating your mobile’s browser and then try loading your form. It should work.
I kinda solved it by installing another browser (Firefox) as neither Samsung internet nor Chrome was working.
