What dos 1+1 mean while building a survey form in KoBoToolbox UI?

Hi there,

I am new to using KoBo and I am wondering about some of the information provided in reports…

I understand the indicators for the type of question (calendar for date, for instance), but I don’t understand what 1+1 means at all. Can someone help me?

I did not set up the KoBo form, but I am having to make use of it for data analysis…the data is coming in and I am not really understanding what I am seeing! Thanks in advance!

The 1+1 marks a variable of calculate type (no user entry).
