Hi @pkostiv1, Can you verify your form with ODK - XLSForm Online and see any problem appear? If you can’t find any problem, can you please share your xls form with us?

Please find your problem below, you referranced the overall result of barther index in the English labe column, but you didn’t do that in the Ukranian one. If you add the ${Overall_Result_of_Barthel_Index } to end of your Ukranian column, it will display the result
