I have an issue with Kobotoolbox. When I downlaod data into excel some columns are empty. What is the problem and how to solve it?

Welcome back to the community, @Nzisabira! Could you kindly share with us a screenshot so that we understand your issue pictorially? BTW, are those columns from a repeat group?

Here is the screenshot. Columns from L to Y are empty while they are filled in Kobotoolbox
