Hi, I am downloading data from kobo to excel for a project that someone else did who asked my help. However, when I try to download into excel, I go to the DATA tab, then click all of the results. Normally, it would have the choice in the “Value and header format” box of languages, then COUNT or XML. This is not available when exporting this data, and it comes into Excel with Question numbers and questions in the header instead of variable names, and the cells have text instead of numbers. Is there anything I can do about this, or is this something that was caused when they created the form in kobo (they are new at kobo)? Thank you for any help!
Can you provide a screenshot of the settings for your download, please?
