when we are sharing Project to other users with manage project permission they are not able to view or add documents

@Mdkhamru, there is a features improvement request, and our team is working with it.

Media button missing while sharing projects

After noticing that only owners of a form could manipulate the MEDIA section of it, it came to my mind that it would be great if media files (audio, csv, xml, image…) could be linked to external platforms in a sense that we won’t have to re-upload them everytime there’s an update to make. Making it so would make the update to one-side only (the server) without worrying too much on updating the Kobo platform. Thanks
