Why cannot get URL link from KOBO API (don’t appear URL under CURRENT ENDPOINT box

I got the link from here and after pasting with an extension of xlsx, it says “Web.Contents failed to get contents from ‘https://kf.kobotoolbox.org/api/v10/data/1255336.xlsx’ (404): Not Found”
