Why form submission need server requires authentication

Dear KoBo Team,
Since yesterday we faced with a very big issue which is (asking for user name and password) while sending data into KoBo account, even it happen for very old forms into account ( i mean we uploaded last year and we did many submission too) but it say (server requires authentication). then each data or form submission need (user name and password).
So, could you assist us in this regard.

The problem was resolved and i don’t know who did this, while the account password is with few colleagues only.
