Working with time formats

Hello technical experts!

Hope you are fine!

More recently, I started using Kobo and now collected data. The start and end time (added by the system) are given in the following format
YYYY/MM/DDTHH:MM:SS
e.g. 2021-06-17T16:22:05.830+03:00

How I can convert it to common date and time format like YYYY/MM/DD HH/MM/SS?
