ZIP Media Attachments are not complete

Hello

I have a project with 74 submissions. When I export Media Attachments as ZIP I only get 39!
I tried to export again, I got 40.

All submissions have attachments, and I can access them through the Table view.

any Idea what I’m doing wrong?

@Ali34, @iyd, @co2balance I checked this out at my end. Yes, even after successfully downloading the media attachments, you are not able to get the media files safely in the Zip folder. I even got the error message you got. This is happening as your media file is too large. We are currently working on a new feature that would be able to download the media files in batches so that the system can handle the server time-out limit.
