388 results uploaded but only 246 can be seen when exported in Excel

The Kobo Toolbox Table shows 388 results. When I download to Excel, I get 246 results. Where are the others? Help needed

Meanwhile, I thought I can still come to this forum again, still on the same issue I am facing, since it is still outstanding.

My team did data collection from 10th/Nov 2025 to 18th/Nov. 2025. However, only the data collected between 10th and 13th November is reflecting on the exported Excel. The rest of the data from 14th to 18th, though available in the Table cannot be exported to Excel.

This is the problem causing only 246 results to be available in Excel yet a total of 388 have been collected. Help needed!!!

@amandoh, thank you for providing more details to this issue. A quick note. Have you tried downloading your data in XLS (legacy) format to see if you are able to get all the submissions there?

Dear @wroos, clearly I never did anything. Yet after days, all the data could now download. So, it is @Kal_Lam who could guide you on what could have been done backend.
