I am getting the below error when syncing submissions on kobocollect humanitarian server https://eu.kobotoolbox.org/.
I am experiencing this across multiple users in different regions.

This is what we have been using for MLW DCE - Jul 2026 and NIG-DCE- Jul 2026 forms. could we be missing something?
@nmeric, you may also need to ensure that your project is still there in the server. If in case you delete the project from the server and try to submit your submission to the server, it fails. Another thing you will need to check is that the project should be the same that you downloaded to your Collect Android App. In case you delete the project form the server which is the same version that is present in your Collect Android App and you upload another similar project with the same variables present in your form, then in that case too the system will not accept your submissions to the project.

the projects are still actively deployed with no deletion.
this issue still persists.
@nmeric, I mean are they still present in the server with the first version which you downloaded them as blank forms in the Collect Android App? The blank form being present in the Collect Android App is something different to the project being present in the server (your account).
