500 Server Error When Accessing Data Tab in KoboToolbox

I am experiencing an issue when trying to access the Data tab for one of my forms. Instead of displaying the submissions, I encounter the following error message:

  • The form was working well before, and other forms in my account are working fine.
  • The issue happens only on this form, and only when I click the Data tab.
  • I tried using different browsers and cleared my cache, but the problem remains.
  • My account is hosted on: https://eu.kobotoolbox.org.
  • The form contains approximately 1,500 submissions.

Could you please help me understand what could be causing this and how to fix it?
