A deployed survey was shared with me and I can only access the Summary, Form and Data but not the Settings

Hi, I am having the same issue. A deployed survey was shared with me and I can only access the Summary, Form and Data but not the Settings. I am using the latest version of Edge and also tried with Google Chrome. I also checked previous surveys to which I used to have access to the Settings, and same issue - I can´t access them anymore.

Welcome to the community, @mbonniras! This occurs when a project is shared with you under restricted sharing permissions. To gain access to the settings tab, you may want to contact the administrator who shared the project with you to discuss adjusting the sharing permissions.

Hi Kal_Lam, thank you. I don’t think this is a permissions issue, as the administrator has confirmed that I have the highest level of access. I’m also experiencing the same problem with older surveys, for which I have full access as well and have previously been able to access both Settings and Data.

At the moment, I can’t click on Settings or Data. What’s even stranger is that the Data tab works intermittently: on Friday I was able to access it, but now I can’t.

Please confirm that you have been given Manage project permissions on the shared project. This is required to access the project’s Settings panel.

With it, the shared-to user can then change things like the description, etc.
