I have a question and I’m a little desperate because I recorded some data in KoboToolBox using a survey that included the “Repeat” option available on the platform, as shown in the image. We had used Kobo on previous occasions, so we went to collect data in the field, confident that it was being recorded correctly. However, when I went to download the information I needed to send quickly, the records associated with the group that had the repeat option, which were the most important, didn’t appear. In the field, all the responses were sent correctly and we had no problems, but it’s as if the information had disappeared.

I’d like to know how I can recover the data as soon as possible, since we need to send it in a few days.

I don’t know if there’s an additional process I should follow or if we’re unable to do so.
