Access to Data Download only and NOT Forms

It would be useful to some of my projects if I could allow someone access to download the data only by logging onto the Kobo server, but NOT have access to the forms. i.e. they should not be able to remove or edit the forms, and they should NOT be allowed to download the forms as .xml or .xlsx.

This could be via a shared account with further restrictions on privileges (as to what is currently available).

A straight download for each form to .csv or .xls would be fine.

This would greatly assist in managing incoming project data.

I have another request: is to allow the user to only view or download data on the web server but prevent him from downloading the xlsform.

VOTED! I think these features would be beneficial for my company too!

when attempting to get the financial side of the business incorporated with kobo, statistics and reports easily accessibly by the tax man and alike :slight_smile:
