I signed up with Kobo toolbox and created some forms. Unfortunately, I cannot log in three weeks after. I have even tried recovering the account but still, I cannot log in using my email address. What is the issue?

Welcome to the community! KoBoToolbox has 2 instances viz. the Humanitarian with the following login link and the Non Humanitarian with the following login link. Users are unable to login to their account when they try to login using the wrong link.
Try recalling where you created your account and use the login link provided above.
