Account access barrier


I am trying to log in to the Kobo. But it shows only the following error message.

Please enter a correct username and password. Note that both fields may be case-sensitive.

I tried both servers (HHI or OCHA). And I already reset my password.

After the password reset, I tried to log in. I got the same error message.

Can you suggest what I should do?

Thank you for your support. I’m still struggling with the problem and haven’t accessed my account; my other question is, how can I determine and change my password if I forgot the original email address that was used when i was make the account in kobo?


@almas22, we will let you know the email ID registered to your KoboToolbox user account (if you reach us through You must reach us with the same registered email id for the password reset request. Failing to reach us through the registered email is failing to get support from our team. This is because of the security we provide to our users.
