My colleague did not activate his new Kobotoolbox (humanitarianresponse server) account on time. Now when he tries to activate, it says the link has expired.
Can you help? Can a new activation email be sent to him?
I have his username and email address, but I don’t want to disclose it publicly.
I sent an email to support@kobotoolbox.org and received an ambiguous automated response. It says to ask for help here in the forums, but from what i saw on a similar thread, the indication was to send an email.
