Add others (specify) option in a cascading select question

State wise list of districts and blocks is given in .XLS sheet . we wat to add others (specify) in blocks . if you have any idea how to put please help me…

@dipendra, in which level would you like to add the other?

Sir at Block Level…
step 1 … Select district
step2 Choose Block … if block is not present then chose Others
step 3 then open text box… to enter block name.
