I am trying to add a logo to the form I created but it will not read the field bc the label and hint are empty. Does anyone have a suggestion of what else I can try?

I have been trying to add a logo and all the comes up is “image” but the image is not displayed. What do I do?
The page reference as a guide to address this is apparently no longer available
Welcome to the community, @nadiananderson! You will also need to go through the image name and it’s extension. If you provide something else, it should not work as expected.
