In one of the table I am doing for my survey, I need to specify the dimensions of fishing gear including mesh size, thickness, length, and depth. I want the answers to include the unit of measurement tio be selected from a drop down menu, followed by the specific measurement of fishing gear. An image of how I would like the table to look like is attached here. Please let me know how I may go about this.
