I have been working on a project that will use Kobo aggregate for data aggregation.
How ever i have been disappointed by the download and view on map feature. Both are slow and hardly work. And yet internet connection is good.
Has anyone been experiencing this? I hope the Kobo support team can look into this.

Hi Louis,
We’ve been working on improving the speed of downloads. Could you test the ‘advanced downloads’ feature under the other download options? This should be a lot faster than the old standard exports. Note that this now also allows you to download the labeled version of your data.
We’ll focus on speeding up the map view soon using the same approach, so stay tuned.
