All submissions disappeared from an user

Hello,

We have noticed that all submissions have disappeared from an user account, there were there last week and nothing has been done to the server, containers are running fine.

Where do i look for that data on a local kobo instance?

@ictm_coraf, could you kindly reach out to us at support@kobotoolbox.org with the following details, please?

  • Username

  • Email ID registered to the account

  • Server

We could check it out in our system’s trash to see if we can recover it from there (if it’s still there).

It is self-hosted, do you guy do professional services? since we need help with this matter urgently.
