Allow submissions of the form without a Username & Password

Dear Community,
I am experiencing an issue with one of my Kobo projects. I shared the project using the option that allows form submissions without a username and password. It worked yesterday, but today KoboCollect is requesting login credentials when I try to submit. Could you advise what might have changed or how to resolve this?

I am experiencing this error at a very critical stage if data collection..did something change at the server requiring authentication. I really don’t want to expose the password st this stage

This problem occurred yesterday, and I am also experiencing the same issue

Thanks for the report. I’ve confirmed something appears to be amiss with anonymous submissions from KoboCollect…. We are investigating.

Yes, this should now be fixed across all our servers. Apologies for the disruption. If you have any pending anonymous submissions sitting on devices, you should now be able to successfully submit them without being blocked by this login prompt.
