Hello again Kobo team,
A bit of context I am deploying the surveys and giving access to team members to fill in the survey (each team member created an account)
one of the team members is not being able to upload the survey these are the steps they’re doing
Log in (username and password)
2. Go to Forms
3. Click open
4. Fill our the survey
5. Click Submit
6. An error pops up asking to log in again noting that they are already logged in
7. Once logging in again, the filled survey saves as a draft and they are not able to upload it nor view it again
8. And a pop up keeps showing asking to log in
I’ve tried to change in the settings based on the above email but it is still not showing in their data

After following the above recommendation
The team member is abke to submit the surveys but they dont bave access to it, I can only see that they submitted the survey
