Answer constraints in multiple questions

Dear Community,

I have a question with these answer choices:

1. Apple
2. Mango
3. Orange
4. Guava
5. Pineapple
6. Avocado
7. Soursop

I want to create a constraint as follows: if Apple (1) is answered then Pineapple (5) must not be answered.

Can anyone help how the syntax is in XLS Form. Thank you.
