@arif_1234, I would say this is impossible as the choices take a value, and your header should not have the value assigned. However, our community may have some smart workaround for this. Let’s see if we are able to get any hints so that we could build it further.

I think we can add any value or code on the header. But how to make it “can’t select” and don’t show as answer list?

Hello @arif_1234,
You could add “choice” items for the headers (with bold labels) and control with a constraint that they cannot be selected finally.
You may also add a related hint (or guidance_hint) to the user.
