Is it possible to use the app KOBOCOLLECT?

Your account on the public EU Kobo server is entirely distinct from any account that you might already have on any other Kobo servers (eg Global). Therefore, you have to change your server settings in KoboCollect to point to your new account.

If you go to your Kobo EU account you can see the correct settings here:

Having the correct server URL is critical - you can certainly choose to reuse the same username and password between, say, the EU and Global servers, but they are still completely distinct accounts nonetheless.

This is the same URL, username and password that you then have to enter in KoboCollect:
