I am programming a survey questionnaire for Public Infrastructure Transparency Index Assessment. The respondents are 30 officers responsible for publishing and disclosure of information on public infrastructure projects each of the 30 public institutions have managed whether contracted out or not. There are a number of questions that requires that if the respondent picks any of the Yes answers, he/she should provide a brief description and further provide evidence inform of uploading a document or a picture however not mandatory. I have accounts both on OCHA and EU servers. I have successfully programmed the form and it has uploaded. For each follow up question asking the respondent to upload a file or image as evidence, it allows for < 10 MB. It has been tested but am uncertain if I will manage to get (download). In my search for information how to programme such questions, I read on one of the posts that the allowable size of uploading of images/files in a survey of 1 Gigabyte but I do not exactly on which server. Based on experience from those who have done similar surveys, I would like your advice and which server is safe to use so that I am able to download all the data after completion of the survey.
