Are there any updates on the timeline for internal form encryption? Our institution is also still facing issues with meeting IRB data security standards for the ODK Briefcase workaround.

This generally depends upon two aspects, the budget ability and the KoboToolbox priority for a new feature.

So if you have the budget for the said feature, please feel free to contact us. We could then start keeping this within the KoboToolbox features radar.

I work for Research IT at UC Berkeley. We are helping this project navigate campus IRB and security compliance. You mention budget - how much would a project to create internal form encryption cost? And would KoboToolbox maintain and update the feature going forward, as needed, once it accepted it? Thanks! - Rick
