Asking for credentials despite checking "Allow submissions to this form without a username and password"

Hello,

I’ve shared my form link with my team for testing, but respondents are being asked to enter username and password credentials when they try to access it.

I have enabled the following settings:

Under FORM tab:

  • “Allow submissions to this form without a username and password”

Under SETTINGS → Sharing tab:

  • “Allow submissions to this form without a username and password”

  • “Anyone can view this form”

The link I’m sharing is the one from the Collect Data section (Enketo webform link format).

Despite these settings, respondents still cannot access the form and are prompted for login credentials.

What am I missing?
