Assign household numbers according to the survey site (constraint an input of the household number based on survey site)

Hello every body, I need your support please
I would like to have a form Excel (below) which will allow to choose for example Admin2 only for a range of household number ranging from 51 and 100:
That is, when we choose an Admin that the household number assigned in this Admin depends on it
Admin1 (1 -50)
Admin2 (51 -100)
Admin3 (101 -150)
Admi4 (151 -200)
