Assistance Needed with Survey Submission Edits

We’re encountering an issue while trying to edit our survey submissions by redeploying the form and resubmitting the updated data.

Could anyone help us identify the cause of this error and suggest possible solutions?

The issue seems to occur only after we edit a submission. Initial submissions go through fine, but when we make edits and try to re-submit, the problem appears.

I am still encountering the following error while editing submissions in KoboToolbox:

Submission Failed
Data server did not accept data. Contact the survey administrator please. (400)
