When I export the data to excel file and try to get the media by the link I have Attachment not found.(Please note that the ownership of the project has been transferred from old to new account name). how I can solve this
Attachment not found problem after exporting data to Excel, because the links in your Excel file point to attachments stored under the old account/project, and after the project ownership transfer the URLs are no longer valid. The old links in your Excel dataset still reference the old account’s storage location, which no longer exists. (Possibly this is the issue)
Possible solution: (Can not guarantee it will work) :
On the media url. you will find your old username. replace it with the new username account
(see attached picture - change the highlighted part. try for 1 url and see it it works)
Try to re-export data using the new account (may be it may update the url)
Check the new url link for the new account , compare with old account and see what you can tweek
